As schools rapidly adopt new technologies, the gap between technology and pedagogical integration remains a challenge. This event is designed to bridge that gap through a powerful collaboration between Google for Education, Avientek’s state-of-the-art Experience Center, SMART Technologies cutting-edge ecosystems, and Edtech Academy’s expertise in AI literacy and teacher readiness. Together, we will deliver a high-impact, hands-on experience that connects innovation with real classroom practice. Attendees will leave not just knowing how to use the technology, but why it matters for student voice, ethical AI use, and modern lesson design.

Part 1 (Google For Education): Mazen Abdullah Google For Education
Part 2 (SMART): Nadia & Amin Demonstrating how the SMART/Lumio ecosystem serves as the physical and digital engine to make that pedagogical vision a reality.
Topic: From Screen to Strategy: Empowering Student Voice Through Interactive Tech and AI.
Format: Moderated by an industry partner, featuring voices from SMART, Avientek, and classroom educators.
To provide an intimate, hands-on experience, attendees will choose between two parallel tracks across three 20-minute rotations.
Track A (SMART): Interactive Lesson Design & Gamification (Led by an Ms. Sandra JBS Expert Lumio Educator) – Hands-on transformation of static resources into Lumio activities
Track B (GFE): Israa Lulu
Track C (MIX):Transforming Classrooms with the AI Meter (Led by Renad Turki, Edtech Academy) – Applying the AIAS framework for ethical AI lesson design.
Track A (SMART): Every Student Visible: Using Lumio to Capture Thinking in Real Time” (Led by an Ingy BEAM Expert Lumio Educator)
Track B (GFE): Kendra (BC Academy) supported by MarsSys( Live Classroom setup).
Track C (MIX): Lobna Tarek

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Reconvene & Wrap-Up
Groups return to the main stage for closing remarks from all partners
Q&A, networking, and distribution of giveaways (e.g., SMART/Lumio swags or free trial accounts, Edtech Academy training, certificates of attendance).
